- Isabelle Vint Added August 30, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The employees who work at this Supercheap store are completely incompetent and unhelpful. There is seemingly never a manager in store/available to speak (even though the staff always say you need to speak with a manager) to which will just send you in circles and not make any progress on resolving issues. Please don’t shop here, you’re wasting time and money.

I thought my battery was flat but it wasn't.
They suggested other things that may have been wrong.
Went home cleaned the battery and it turned out I needed a new connection. It stocks a wide range of tools and accessories for the DIY home handyman as well as products for travel, touring, outdoors, garage and the shed. The staff are ready and willing to assist you with any need you might have. Give them a go!

The young man behind the counter was very helpful in finding which headlight I needed for my car, I went and chose one then asked him to install it. I had to wait while the installing guy was helping some one else. When he came back the guy behind the counter asked him to install a head light on a Holden commodore, his responce was "we don't do Holdens". This is ridiculous and disgusting that an auto shop would refuse to deal with a whole make of cars. Also not true as a different supercheap store has replaced my head light in the past. I ended up walking straight out and going to Autobarn who changed the headlight in 5 min.
