  I never liked the atmosphere in Subways, it is always cold, and it looks cold too with the white interior.
  But the service I got this time was good and the sandwich I got was very tasty as well.
  
  Please make subway a bit more inviting for as soon as I get in I want to get out usually.

  Always enjoy a subway for a healthy lunch. They are reasonably priced, rolls are fresh & can be toasted, fillings are generous. Most stores are very similar only thing which can variate are the staff. At Springwood they seemed to lack enthusiasm & were slow to actually even come from out the back to serve me

  The customer service here was horrible!
  I’m a local and I bought my friend out this way for lunch. Felt a bit discriminated and treated poorly by a young caucasian lady and she didn’t seem like she was having a bad day because she treated my caucasian friend nicely. My friend even said the lady was giving me the stink eye when she was making my friends subway before I ask my friend if she wanted a drink. I don’t think the lady knew that tan/dark complexion got caucasian friends… this lady shouldn’t work in a diverse environment if she dislikes dark complexion in general. My friends have now seen how people like this lady treats me differently.

  Employees were ok. Unfortunately, half of the chicken was cold. Didn't want capsicum or onion, ended up with some on the sandwich anyway

  The lady there took my $20 and pretended that I paid only $15. And she wrapped some of the meat between the paper, not between the bread. The price board was blank and I put a $10 bill, two $5 bills on the counter, in a stack. I called the shop phone number and explained what happened, they said they would look into the camera footage. Hours later, I received a call from a man and he said he thinks I was being unreasonable, and said I could go to the shop and see the footage myself. When I went to the shop, he tossed $5 to me and acted like he was giving his own money to me. I explained to him how I checked 4 times before paying with that $20, and he says he trusts what the lady said because 'she has been working there for a long time'.
  In the end, I left the $5 to him and left. It's too much trouble to argue with this kind of people and I prefer to never having to deal with them again.
  I'm telling people what happened to me so if the the kind of thing happens to others again, they know they are not the only victims.

  I always go to this subway friendly staff and there fast.If you know what you want.They can have it ready for you in less then five minutes.So I give them 5 ☆'s they deserve it!!
