Trying to get Impact back to the property after it was built to rectify problems was all too hard for Impact. They never return phone calls or emails and we were left with a house that had unprofessional finishes which they said were 'satisfactory '. Simple things in their eyes, but we had a long list of things that they would not find time to come back to the property for. Will definitely build again, but not with this company. ????????
