A screw that held the rail disappeared within about half an hour of use, then the connected parts kept falling apart. On my way back, a button that held the electric panel felt out. It took me quite a while to push it back, but the button disappeared again sometime later. I had contacted their customer service about seven weeks ago, and had called them a few times, but have received no reply at all. Very very disappointed.
