  When I was cleaning my wheel, a staff said to me that don’t wash wheel here. I don’t understand and complained about it to the staff.
  Owner came to me and I explained what it happened and asked hime to explain why customers can’t wash wheel. He just said don’t come back here.
  
  I got terrible experience in here ever.

  I went to this car wash today to obviously wash my car, but because I desided to quickly clean my rims that takes less then a min to do, the owner approached me in a disrespectful way and told me that if I wasn't putting money in straight away to get out I had told him that I was washing my car and I even showed him that I had cash to wash my car he got very rude with me, I wasn't disrespectful once when he had told me to leave I hope to my car and left, i have never been kicked out of a car wash before and felt so ashamed on the disrespectful things he had said and how he had told me to leave

  Arrogant, Grumpy, operator / manager with staff that have no understanding about customer service. 
  Might be a good idea to upgrade manager or enrol them in a team building & management course.

  Could I leave a zero star rating? Went through the automatic carwash. Paid $24.00 (highest one they had) and it left the car dirty. Some parts on the side of car didn't even get washed, at all. My partner notified two staff members on site that the car wash didn't even come close to cleaning the car for what we paid and thought there was something wrong with the settings and they simply said yeah nothing we can do about it. Service from staff and the carwash is what we would expect at a $6 carwash, not $24. I normally don't leave bad reviews but when feedback and concerns fall on deaf and ignorant ears what else can you do. We have 4 vehicles and often resort to washing them at the carwash (yes because life is busy and sometimes we are lazy) but thats what these places are for right? Well after your staff members suggested we go elsewhere I suppose we will take our 4 vehicles elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend supporting this business if that's how they respond to a paying customer.
