  I have used Appollo Blinds on two occasions. Both awful experiences. On my 2nd attempt I was looking for Appollo to redeem themselves on their orginal effort (or lack of) but was unfortunately reminded of their utterly incompetent and horrid customer service. To start with; Appollo blinds have an awful business model in that they do not give the customer an appointment time (for a quote, re-measure or installation) until the morning of the 'appointment day'. They refuse to even give an approximate time - people are busy and this does not accommodate for the customer. Your receptionist (Theresa) is utterly incompetent and is more than happy to blame her coworkers for also being incompetent rather than fixing a problem or coming up with a solution. She has proven to be extremely difficult to deal with and very unhelpful. On many occasions (too many to count) she has explained to me that she would call me back or send an email at which she has not done. We understand that mistakes can happen although when the customer is not followed up with it leads customers becoming frustrated.
  
  On both occasions that I have used Appollo blinds there have been a range of issues that have gone wrong at which workers are happy to openly critique and criticise other employees (past & present) within your business. (just a tip - this is not the customers problem and is also very unprofessional).
  
  Whether it be that the sales rep has been unable to measure and record the distance required for a roller blind (this has happened twice in 2 sales) or the blind arrives with a black mark on it which is unable to be used. Or whether is be that your office staff have absolutely no idea on what is going on with blinds / incompetent / unable to answer questions and or down right rude to the customer (The person paying their wages). We all know mistakes happen but this seems to be apart and entrained within the culture of your business. Also the fact that I takes approximately 12 weeks for Appollo to deliver and install 3 roller blinds is an indication that your business is an absolute shambles.
  
  After speaking with a supervisor (Renee) on numerous occasions regarding a discount due to the fact that there have been many mistakes accompanied with dealings I am yet to be contacted and given a yes / no answer. The supervisor made some interesting comments which I found to be very distasteful and unprofessional. She explained the following: 'We have had some really bad staff lately and this is why these issues occur'. The last time I checked; this is not the problem of the customer and certainly would not enhance the customer to return to your business and spend their money! It seems you need need to recruit some appropriate leadership to guide your employees to have a customer first approach to ensure your business viability.
